These terms and conditions govern your use of SnusMommy's website and any orders placed via the website.

SnusMommy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update these terms and conditions (including price adjustments or additional charges) at any time without prior notification. Changes will be published on SnusMommy's website, along with the updated date. It is your responsibility as a customer to regularly review these terms each time you visit or place an order.

Age Restrictions
SnusMommy's website is strictly for individuals aged 18 years or older (21 in the USA). By accessing the website and placing an order, you certify that you meet the required legal age.

To verify age compliance, packages shipped via UPS require an adult signature upon delivery. You are responsible for complying with local regulations regarding the legal age for tobacco and nicotine product use. By accepting these terms, you affirm compliance with both the legal age requirements of Invicta’s jurisdiction (18 years) and your local jurisdiction’s age regulations.

SnusMommy reserves the right to correct, change, or cancel orders containing pricing errors or typographical mistakes.

Shipping & Liability
Orders will be dispatched promptly based on availability and chosen shipping methods. SnusMommy does not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame.

Once your order has left our warehouse, SnusMommy is no longer responsible for any delays or issues arising from customs, shipping companies, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to you once your order is handed over to the shipping provider.

Customers must proactively contact both SnusMommy and the shipping provider within the timeframe specified by the shipping supplier if a package is lost or delayed. SnusMommy does not assume liability for lost or delayed shipments after dispatch.

SnusMommy is not responsible for errors made by customers during ordering, including incorrect shipping addresses, product selections, or payment details. Review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Deliveries requiring adult signatures cannot be sent to PO box addresses. If a PO box is provided, the customer is responsible for providing an alternative address or covering any return shipment costs.

Delivery to temporary or travel addresses cannot guarantee adherence to expected delivery timeframes. Refunds will not be issued if delivery fails due to customer absence or non-availability at the provided address.

Import Rules
Customers must verify the import regulations applicable to smokeless tobacco products in their country and comply with all local laws.

Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees. Customers bear full responsibility for declaring imported products accurately and covering associated fees. SnusMommy does not provide guidance or cover any costs related to importation.

If fees are unpaid or customs authorities hold your shipment, SnusMommy will not provide refunds. The same applies if shipments are returned due to non-payment or refusal of pickup. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs arising from returned shipments.

Returns
Due to the sensitivity and nature of the products, returns are not accepted, as returned products cannot be resold.

Payment
Payments must be made in advance via credit or debit card. SnusMommy is not responsible for any currency exchange fees incurred by your bank or card provider.
